What time is it?

電話番号と時間のたずね方を学習します。
45分間の授業です。


【準備するもの】 ●1〜7のフラッシュカード ●CD「Seven steps」 ●白画用紙(人数分) ●提示用時計(大型のもの)
●Bomb(時限爆弾) ●筆記用具(個人)


【Greeting】

T: Hello, everyone. How are you?

C: I'm fine, thank you. How are you?

T: Just fine, thank you.  ○○. How are you?

C: I'm fine, thank you.
  (個々に数人に問い,握手する。)

T: Let's practice this greeting.
Please exchange greetings with three people. Don't forget shake hands.
Stand up. for 30 seconds. Let's begin.

(30秒後)Good job. Take your seat.

【Song】

T: Let's sing “7 steps” Do you remember it?
  First, listen carefully.
  Next, let's sing together.
  How nice!
1〜7のフラッシュカードを黒板に貼る。
CDをかける。
2,3番は一緒に歌う。
T: Next. Play a game.
  What do you say we play taboo numbers game.
T: This is taboo number. You don't say this number.
  But you must clap instead of saying this number.
  I give an example.

  How smart you are!
フラッシュカードの3の数字を一段下ろす。
例を示す。3の所はclap。1,2,×,4,5,6,7と歌う。

慣れてきたら Taboo number を増やしたり変更したりする。

【What's your telephone number?】

T: T: Three, two, seven, eight, six, four.
  Rpeat after me, three times. [Three, two, seven, eight, six, four.]

教師は自分の電話番号を板書し,英語で言う。

C: 32-7864  32-7864  32-7864

T: Very good.
T: Write your telephone number on your paper.  And say your telephone number in English.
  Stand up. Practice three times and sit down.

T: What's your telephone number? 〈子供たちが座ったら,ある子どもに質問〉

C1: 34-2290.

T: Good job!
T: Repeat after me. [What's your telephone number?] 〈電話番号を聞く質問文を練習〉

C: What's your telephone number?

T: Very nice.  Stand up. Practice three times and sit down.
T: What's your telephone number? 〈質問と答えのデモンストレーション〉

C2: 35-8299.

T: Sorry? 「えっ?もう一度」というジェスチャーで。

C2: 35-8299

T: I see. Thank you. 子どもの名前と電話番号を板書。
T: Make pairs with your neighbor.   Ask a telephone number each other.
  Then, write your partner's name and the telephone number on your paper.
  When you finish, say "finish" and sit down.

   I give an example. Any volunteers?

  Stand up.  Are you ready?  Let's begin.

T: Is your telephone number 33-5233? ある子どものノートを見て隣の子どもに質問する。

C3: Yes.(No.)

T: Let's play a game! Write a lot of classmates' names and telephone numbers on your paper.
  For three minutes. Are you ready?  Let's begin.

クラスメイトの名前と電話番号をノートに書かかせる。 たくさん集めた人が勝ち。
T: (3分後)Stop. Time is up. Excellet!
  How many telephone numbers did you write? One? two? three?.....
  You are a champion. Let's give him(her, them) a hand.


【What time is it?】

T: ○○,come forward. Please help me. Excuse me. 〈質問と答えのデモンストレーション〉
先程のチャンピオンにアシスタントをしてもらう。

C4: Yes.

T: What time is it? 2時を示した時計を見せる。

C4: It's 2 o'clock.

T: Thank you.

C4: You're welcome. (My pleasure. No problem. Not at all.)

T: Good job. Please clap your hands. Take your seat.
T: Repeat after me. [What time is it?] 〈「何時ですか?〉の練習@〉

C: What time is it?

T: Once more.

C: What time is it?

T: It's 4 o'clock. 4時を示した時計を見せる。
T: Ask me [What time is it?]

C: what time is it?

T: It's 5 o'clock.
  Ask me once more.
5時を示した時計を見せる。

C: what time is it?

T: It's 7 o'clock.
  Ask me once more.
7時を示した時計を見せる。

C: what time is it?

T: Sorry. I don't know. 時計を隠す。

C: That's O.K. (Thanks anyway.)

T: Then, we change a roll. Answer, please. What time is it? 6時を示した時計を見せる。

C: It's 6 o'clock.

T: What time is it? 8時を示した時計を見せる。

C: It's 8 o'clock.

T: What time is it? 時計を隠す。

C: Sorry. I don't know.

T: That's O.K. Thanks anyway.
T: What time is it?(個々に問う。) 〈「何時ですか?」の練習A〉

C5: It's ○○ o'clock.

T: Well done. (You did it. Great. Excellent. That's right. Oh, yes. Try again. You can do it. Say it again. Come on now.....)
T: What do you say we play bomber man game.
T: After you answer and ask, please pass the bomb to the next. First, you answer, [It's ○○ o'clock.]. 
  Then, you ask, [What time is it?] and pass it to the next.
  Are you ready?  Let's begin.

時限爆弾を示す。

C: (What time is it? → It's ○○ o'clock. →What time is it?)

T: Bomber man(girl), come forward.
  What did you think of this game? In Japanese, please.

T: Excellent! Let's give him(her) a hand.
時限爆弾が爆発したら,Bomber manに前に来てもらう。
そして,爆弾ゲームの感想を述べてもらう。

感想を述べてもらった後,拍手。

T: What time is it now? Oh, time is up. Let's call it a day.(That's all for today.)
  You all did very well. I had a very good time.
