“Open the window.” game

家の中に何かがあります。
窓を開けるたびに，何があるかが分かってきます。
子供が夢中になるゲームです。
慣れてくれば５分間でも十分楽しめます。

【準備するもの】

家の中に隠れているもののカードを用意。
人，動物，家具，文具，数字など何でもＯＫ。
カラーだと何が隠れているかすぐ分かります。
白黒の方がいいかもしれません。		 窓を１２個くらいくり抜いた家を厚紙で作ります。
三角形や正方形，長方形などのカラフルな窓をつけます。
簡単に外せるようにセロテープで軽くとめます。
窓をつけたら，後ろにカードをセットして出来上がり。
これで授業が出来ます。

T: There is a certain animal in this house.
    Guess what.
    But you can’t see this animal.
    If you open these windows, you can see this animal.
    (窓を開けるジェスチャーをしながら) Open the window. Open the window.
    Repeat after me. “Open the window.”

C: Open the window.

T: Repeat after me three times. “Open the window.”

C: Open the window. Open the window. Open the window.

T: Which window do you want to open? (窓をあれこれ指さしながら) Which window?
    Which window do you want to open? C1.

C1: Red triangle, please. (席順に１人ずつ指名し窓を選ばせる。)

T: I see. (赤い三角形の色紙をとる。窓が一つ開く。)
　 What animal is this? (窓が一つ開いただけでは分かりにくい。山勘。)

C2: I know it.
C3: I know it.

T: If you know it, stand up. (何の動物か分かった子はその場に起立。)
     What animal is this?

C2: That’s an elephant.
C3: That’s a tiger.

T: No, not an elephant and a tiger. It’s too bad.
    Do you want to open the window?
    Ask me.

C: Open the window.

T: Which window do you want to open? C4.

C4: Yellow rectangle, please.

T: Yes, with pleasure. (黄色い長方形の色紙をとる。)
  　What animal is this?

C5: I know it.
C6: I know it.
C7: I know it.

T: What animal is this?

C5: That’s a lion.
C6: That’s a horse.
C7: That’s a lion.

T: C5 and C7, you are right.
    That’s a lion. Let’s give them a clap. (拍手)
    Repeat after me three times. “That’s a lion.”

C: That’s a lion. That’s a lion. That’s a lion.

T: That’s great!

【事前に学習しておくこと】
○ 色の名前 (red, blue, yellow, green, brown, white, purple, orange, pink,…)
○ 形の名前 (circle, triangle, square, rectangle, oval, diamond, star, heart,…)
○ 動物の名前(lion, elephant, tiger, monkey, giraffe, panda, rabbit, horse, …)
